It all depends on the home address of the person picking up or dropping off. We would have preferred a closer location for pick up. Honeoye would have been 10 miles closer. But Julie was exceptional and the trailer was in excellent condition and traveled very well over the 480+ miles.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything went fine
Gerald BThe battery or the charging system wasn’t working correctly we couldn’t turn the van off until we returned it. The truck wouldn’t idle so you had to rev it to keep it running… and you pay a premium for that
robert jI dropped it off when the location was closed.
Rene RI wish the pricing was specified a little better. My bill went from $37 to $122 so financially I was not planning for that, ontop of the price of gas to fill the uhaul also. That was almost a total of $200 by the time that was all said and done. Self check in was also a nightmare.
