I dont understand why i have to drop the trailer at this point if we have a full uhaul drop location i live at sherbrooke o have a drop at chemin de st elie sherbrooke, but i have to go a cookshire it make no sens to go at this point it's awsome

J'avais réservé un diable pour électroménagers mais aucun de disponible donx jai du faire des kilomètres de détour pour en trouver un mais évidemment payer le gaz et le mîlage pour le détour alors que je n'avais pas été avertie.
Valerie MThe Truck that I rant was bigger than I ask for (20 feet instead of 15), the pick up address was 25min away from where I needed it to be, and I receved all this info the day just before my moving which was alot of stress that could have been avoid if you just contacted me a few days before. I reserved the truck a mounth in advance, If I had known that you would not be able to provide the truck size I reserved or my prefered pickup location, I would have made different arrangements for my move.
Flavie CU-Haul changed my pickup location from Sherbrooke to Cookshire. I was supposed to receive a $50 discount because of the location change, but I never received it. I was also supposed to have 12 moving blankets included with my rental, but they were not provided.
Etienne LI booked the trailer at Lave O Max in Sherbrooke. Was told they didn’t have it and had to drive out of town to Cookshire-Eaton which was an inconvenience. Then, the staff had a difficult time with the reservation system. Once that was finally dealt with, I noticed one of the tires on the trailer was flat. So that needed to be changed before I could leave. The ratchets for the straps were also rusty and could use some wd-40. I was not at all impressed by the lack of maintenance on the trailer.
