The rental location was perfect. The rental process on the website is a horror though. I learned that there was "local" assets and others that can be left at different location. The reservation never explained such thing and all I had was a call that said to me that what I had reseved did not really exist or was available ! Why did you let an impossible reservation. You could offer "local" asset if it is not possible to move one-way ! Very bad experience with UHaul central IT system, but very good with the local location that offered me a local trailer for less!
