The rental was made with a agent on Monday April 20th the truck location shoild have been in Sherbrooke, a agent called me on Friday April 24th and told me the truck 15feet was not available only a 20feet and at the Cookshire location (25 min further). Im not impress about the reservation/location process. 30$ rebate for the 1hour extra drive was not enough…
