I prepaid for 2 days thinking that we may need it for that amount of time. The truck's battery went out EVERY time it was turned off so we returned the truck a day early. The office has refused to refund us for the econd day that the piece of junk was not used but prepaid forl! BIW, the ladies at the office KNEW the truck had battery issues and still rented it out because they mentioned to my daughter that they had to jump the truck and kept running for 20 minutes waiting for us to get there to pickup. We had to leave several messages about refund...finally almost 2 weeks later we are told no refund for second day. BAD BUSINESS!!

The cab and trailer smelled very bad like human body odor - I sanitized the cab when I got home
Brent KHave the equipment where it supposed to be. I had to travel out of my way to get the truck because it was NOT at the location that I reserved it. Uhaul did give me the extra mileage BUT NOT THE EXTRA FUEL COST!!!. The truck only gets 7-8 miles per gallon. I should have been compensated for my fuel and extra TIME. The truck was NOT at my reserved pick up location.
