The door said that they were open when we got there but no one was there. I was then charged for overnight drop off.

The truck AC does not work. It was a hot day moving out of a truck with no AC. The price seems too high for the time I had the truck. I was still charged extra at return. Next time, I will look into other and better options.

WILLIE JWe had a fast and simple pick up at this location. The folks here are very helpful.
Roger WWe were charged for 2 days when we only had the truck for 8 hours. We were charged for 4 gallons of gas when we only drove it 8 miles total, to my house and back to drop it off. A 15 foot truck typically gets 10 mils per gallon so it doesn't make sense. Hopefully I can speak to someone to fix this error.
