I have to wait 4 hours for the uhual and the truck was there because the representative didn't know how to check the I haul truck out and really didn't know here job which made me late on a lot of thinks that I had going for that day

Michael M.I called 3 times to the validation number and no one that answered knew anything about Uhaul. I didn't realize it was going to be a location with no people, and I would have to do all things on line. It didn't make me feel comfortable. I spoke multiple times with Uhaul customer service to confirm that the truck would be there. It was and they talked me through the remote procedures.
