Maybe offer actual help for Uhaul customers. Thisnlocation didn’t even have someone who could assist with removing a trailer which I was informed should be standard practice for any Uhaul which takes and rents trailers. The location is not the drop off location. The location is a salon of some kind in a building across the street. “If” I needed help I was told to wait 20 min after driving across states. Even though I was told Uhaul prefers to remove the trailer before unloading as well. This is by far the worst haul experience I’ve ever had
