This experience was horrible. While I had zero issues from pick up to drop off, I received a call two days later looking for the truck. I explained I returned it. I got a call the next day from corporate about it, asking me to return the truck, and explained again. Four days later corporate called to tell me the location denied that returned it after reviewing video. I explained again, indicating I had location services showing time of return. A week later, I received an email receipt for tolls and believed I was done. The next day, an email and text stating the vehicle was reported stolen and that I was going to be sought for theft. I called corporate, chatted w Amanda again. Explained again. She provided me an email contact for the district manager. I reached out, several times, never heard back. Today, more than a month after 6 hour rental I receive an email receipt showing my return date properly reflected. I have been worried about being arrested for theft. I will not recommend this location. I will hesitate to ever rent again. Amanda at corporate is great - patient and kind. Everything else about this experience has been terrible.
