Jason SVery friendly, and eventually helpful, but is not a full time U-Haul. So, if you drop off a trailer very early, be able to unhook it yourself. I would pick up here, but not sure I would drop off again.
WILLIAM CWhen I first arrived and went in, not knowing who to talk to I was greeted by the owner who cheerfully asked me if I was returning his truck. Not only was the interaction pleasant but he also took care of parking the truck where he wanted it and reassured me I would receive a receipt of the transaction. That receipt showed up in just minutes. Very nice place and great service.
