Confusing pickup location. The U-Haul rep did not explicitly explain the contract, led to an incorrect dropoff location and mileage different than what I booked online. Needed customer service support to avoid being charged an additional $25.

Nathan SThe guy would not listen. He wanted me to falsify records, stating that I had the keys, even though I did not, and it caused my checking process to be longer because he would not listen and he was not very educated on the rental process. It took time out of my rental and made me have to stay there longer than necessary.
Latoya MThere was no room for the truck in the area of the dropoff. THe location was almost impossible to find - even using Google maps. There were no signs directing us to where to park and we luckily saw a back lot where another truck was parked. There was broken glass all around the lot and abandoned cars. Not a very good spot to park the truck.
