The guy would not listen. He wanted me to falsify records, stating that I had the keys, even though I did not, and it caused my checking process to be longer because he would not listen and he was not very educated on the rental process. It took time out of my rental and made me have to stay there longer than necessary.

There was no room for the truck in the area of the dropoff. THe location was almost impossible to find - even using Google maps. There were no signs directing us to where to park and we luckily saw a back lot where another truck was parked. There was broken glass all around the lot and abandoned cars. Not a very good spot to park the truck.
Edward PTried to return the vehicle the previous day and could not find the place. When we called we got a recording saying they were closed and to call back the next day during normal business hours. When I called in the morning I confirmed the drop off address and was then told that the location does not open until noon. I asked for a local contact number and was given one. When I called in the explained what happened the previous day. The man said his office is next to a fast food chicken and barber shop. He asked what time are we going to drop off the truck? I said in 30 minutes I would be there. He said to park behind the building and take a picture of the dash showing fuel level & mileage. Upon arrival I found the office which was a shared office with a tax preparation business. I showed the man pictures I took and he entered the info into his phone. He said I had a balance due of 50+ dollars. I asked what it was for and he held up the phone and said this is what it says. Payment was made and I left. Turns out I was charged 40.00 for the extra day and 15 for additional insurance coverage.
