Charged way to much for how long we had the truck which less than 15 hrs and drove less than 30 miles. Definitely ripped us off. Should no longer be in service

William D.This location was extremely far away from my final destination and I was charged extra money due to the fact I went over in mileage. The fact that I brought the truck to a location that is convenient to your company but not to me should not be grounds to charge me extra money. I even brought the vehicle back one day early. When I first picked the vehicle up I was told the drop off location would be three miles from my final destination location; however, when reviewing the contract, the location was somehow changed. Seems to be a scam to me.
Lincoln P.There was no one at the location that knew how to use the U Haul computer system. Had to wait for that person to call back - was at a doctor appointment.
