I specifically requested my reservation from a different U-Haul location, trying to avoid a place that thought it was a good idea to make their logo and name after an ass. U-Haul decided to relocate my pick up for me without notification. That aside, the truck I was provided was the WORST truck I have had to ride in. Having been prior military I’m familiar with 26 foot moving trucks, the front end shook so bad my voice was shaking trying to talk to someone on the phone. It got the job done but damn.
