My experience with your customer service center was horrible!!

Was not happy at first after reserving this trailer with Cape uhaul and them telling me the day before our move that we had to drive to delta 12miles away to pick it up but once there these people were great very professional and friendly. Will probably not use Cape store again but will definitely use 25 tire and repair.

Notify customer 2 hours prior to pickup to advise them whether the truck is available and ready to go or if a problem has come up so there will be a delay

The place reeked of animal urine. She did not have my 2 wheel dolly or the blankets that I ordered. sent me to cape Girardeau to get the blankets from another uhaul store. Cape Uhaul-Adam and Monte were wonderful. both went above & beyond to make up for the delta location's poor service.

it would have been better if the appliance dolly was in the truck. i picked the truck up at 9pm and could not get one.

Very friendly and helpful

It would be nice to know up front that there's a chance that the equipment might not be available on the date that you reserve it. I booked it three weeks in advance to be told two days prior that they don't have it at the cape girardeau location.

The truck wasn’t what I reserved. Too large to fit up the driveway. The truck was also on empty and the gas light was on. We made it to a truck stop and called Cape Girardeau who had a much smaller truck but wasn’t large enough for the entire job. This Delta store is dirty and gross and was completely out of the way for me. I also wasn’t notified I was transferred there in an appropriate amount of time. I also had two trucks registered to me when I turned them in.

Really dirty

I reserved furniture blankets. When I arrived, I was told that they didn't have any--which was frustrating and caused us to have to make another stop somewhere else. The facility had limited parking and was just generally inconvenient.

Even with pre-check in the rental process was well over an hour simply because the equipment had not been checked in. I was quoted one price online and had to pay a higher price in store. Then when I got the truck it was out of alignment so I was basically making a left turn with the steering wheel yet going straight. It was not until I got home that I realized that the truck had been misaligned for so long the tires were bald!! The whole reservation was a nightmare from becoming to end.

They where professional and done a great job getting me my trailer.

Because I told them that I need it for 24 hours and they changed me for two day rental

I think if possible you need to check out your hole in the walls. They didn't have a 2 wheel hand truck and they told me to drive to a U-Haul location about 30 miles away to get one. The drive was dirty inside and out. It I had not been in a real hurry to pick it up I might have asked for them to keep the truck. I had driven from Kennesaw, GA most of the night to get there by 0900 Saturday morning to pick it up.

Didn't have equipment that was order over a month earlier.

Is messed up due to the work that was done. The wrong hitch was put on my car now my back bumper is loose was done. The wrong hitch was put on my car now my back bumper is loose. It's a miracle I even made it to my destination. And also the wiring that was installed does not work any longer. I have no idea when it quit working only know it doesn't. I was charged for ins. that I did not need as well!!?? Hire people that are able to do the work!! It took 4.5 hours to do wiring for light's.

Eric from Hwy 25 auto repair went out of his way to meet me after hours to get me on the road. I am very grateful to him for that and would tell anyone in the area to rent from him! Thanks Eric!

The equipment was well maintained but not real clean in the cab. It was about a mile from where you picked it up so did not get to do an inspection. The equipent performed well and the people were nice.

We had to travel to the middle of no-where to pick up our truck. We were given extra miles for this, but it also took us an extra 45 minutes. I didn't check the gas gage and I should of made sure it matched what the paper work said.

Employees were not ready to process pickup at arrival. Took nearly 2 hours before I was able to get on the road. Seemed very unorganized and not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Would NOT recommend a "neighborhood" dealer. Took nearly 60 minutes to get checked in, dealt with 3 different people because they weren't sure how to maneuver the system well. Facility was dirty!

The gentleman that I rented the trailer from was very nice and helpful. I'm not giving him a bad review but I do have issues with your charges. I first tried to reply on your "questions or concerns" e-mail address but it is undeliverable ( So, I copied my concern here. The following is the e-mail I sent twice but it was returned both times. Date: Mon, 5 Dec 2016 21:09:52 -0600 Subject: Why 3 days for rental? I picked up the trailer around 12 noon on Saturday (12/3/16) and returned it Sunday night (12/4/16). The business was closed but I just dropped it off Sunday night per our mutual agreement. I was told where to park the unit and I parked the trailer in the desiginated spot. Now the receipt says that I returned it on Monday (12/5/16) around 2PM. It was back at the location on Sunday night. I can understand 2 days charge (although I had it about 1-1/2 days in actuality). So, why 3 days rental? I wouldn't recommend to a friend because it is not my fault that the establishment doesn't have staff on Sunday to check the equipment back in. Yet I had to pay extra because of that. I don't rent trailers very often but I doubt that I will ever rent from U-Haul again.
