My only complaint, and this is the second time this has happened to me, is that although I deny the insurance when I book the reservation online, and I also decline when the person at the counter asks me, it is still added to my bill. I guess this is a Uhaul attempt at extra profits, since some people will not go through the grief of trying to get the charge refunded since the renting facility can't process the refund so you have to go through the Uhaul regional manager who never seems to be available. For this reason, if there were somewhere else I could rent trailers, I would.Vincent C.

I was very disappointed with the uhaul experience. I was supposed to pick up at a location just half mile from my house. That got changed. Had to drive several miles to get the truck at a new location. Got to new location and the truck was only a 17ft and not a 20ft as I rented. I was not able to fit all my items due to the length of what I was moving. Very poor overall experience.Mark H.
The door to the back the truck was frozen and took some time to free. Would have been nice to have this prepared in advance. There was confusion caused by 2 different locations seemingly competing for the business that resulted in 2 reservations. This system should work smoother. I was hoping this survey would've included the process, not the location. The process was HORRIBLE. I used the online, paperless reservation to secure a pickup truck. When I arrived at the location, I then opened the app to submit the required materials i.e. license photo, selfie, etc. The first step was to take a "selfie." Fine, no problems. I hit enter and the photo was accepted. Then, I had to take a picture of my drivers license...but the app neverl allowed the camera feature to operatie for this step! I tried multiple times, uninstalled/installed the app, contacted customer service...nothing worked. I ultimately had to go into the store (which defeated the whole purpose of "paperless") and inconvenience the store clerk all because the app AND website was inoperable. I was very late to my destination. I will probably be using a different service for my future rental needs.Dan R.
I was charged $25.00 for cleaning. I made sure that the truck was cleaned when I returned it. I was also charged for a gas filled. I made sure to fill the tank before returning. Highly disappointed for the extra charges!! In the past I never had a problem.Ryan D.
The office person (older man) was very miserable. The location you wouldn't have even known it was a uhaul without the one uhaul truck being there. I don't like the fact that I couldn't just drop the uhaul truck to the closes one that we have and had to drive it all the way back to the location. More money out of my darn pocket for putting so many miles to take it from that location and back to that location. I wouldn't recommend this place to people who live near me too far out the way.Steve M.

This experience was overall terrible. We did not order originally from the Dublin location but UHaul moved our order. Frustrating but understandable. I called the location at 8:30am the day of to confirm. The owner refused to confirm my order because he was â€œon the check in screenâ€ and when I asked again he yelled and said â€œI'm not even open yet, call back in a half hourâ€ and hung up on me. Once we picked the truck up, we were told it needed to be returned at 3:00. I ordered the truck originally to be picked up at 8:30am and to have it for 12 hrs. When I called the store and asked they said â€œit's not our fault. UHaul trying to be nice squeezed you in ahead of another rental.â€ And basically told me to return the vehicle as soon as we could and hung up again. They gave no instructions on the return. We were charged for the moving pads which we were told we would not be if we didn't use them. Overall, this was the most rude and frustrating experience I've ever had with any type of rental service. Avoid going to this location at ALL cost!Stephanie S.
