They were not open when we dropped off; followed the drop off lcoation directions; and when they told me my reservation wasn't correct, they gave me only a 2-hour window to pick up the truck and deliver to the correct location (which was not my fault). All I received was a voicemail

Our first reservation was not completed. The equipment was not assigned to my reservation. We had to go to two different locations and make several calls to reserve the truck. The floor mats we ordered were not provided. Very frustrating experience. This also delayed our move.
