We picked up the truck with remote login which was difficult. But worse was that the truck was filled with cardboard boxes, bags of clothing and other stuff. Gas was near empty at pickup and we paid for gas in our rental (and again paid for gas also to get to destination)

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe seats smelled like someone gross sat on it before and my clothes stank after driving it the whole time. Otherwise the truck was clean. It was a fairly uncomfortable ride compared to other Uhauls I’ve had in the past. I would likely choose another company next time.
