I picked up the truck for an 8 hour rental at 10:00am. I asked the guy where the key drop box was and he said “Oh, we’re open until 6 so don’t worry about it I’ll be here when you return it”. I arrived at 5:55pm to return it and they were closed and no one was there. No orange drop box as shown on the return instructions, and they didn’t answer their after hours number posted on the door. I left the key in a gray deposit box that appeared to be for mail. I hope I don’t get charged an extra day.

Steven CI returned the equipment and asked them to inspect it so we could close. They did not want to and said they will do it later. I had put more gas in the vehicle than it originally had. However, a month later I got an invoice for an additional gas charge! All this could have been avoided if they would bother to inspect the vehicle. I wonder if they took it and drove it around since I put more gas than when I first rented it! What a scam!
