STEPHAN KPlace was closed. It's in an awkward spot. Little difficult to park 26' truck in due to lot layout, snow, and other Uhaul equipment parked. I made it work.

DAVID KThe location was very dirty and the parking lot was very difficult to maneuver. The representative who assisted us in attaching the trailer should've explained that the vehicle was not suited for this trailer, which was also a larger trailer than we reserved. Once we were home with the trailer and had it loaded, the hitch attached bumper was pulled off the truck due to the weight of the trailer. Something the shop representative should've known would happen as he attached the trailer to the hitch.
