ARNY BThe entire truck had standing water in the mother’s attic and main back area. I had to use tarps and even that still got my stuff wet and some ruined. I had a mattress cover and the water got through that. What a nightmare. I was late picking up and the customer service rep, Toni was not apologetic but a jerk. Called again and got someone far friendlier. Moving day doesn’t always go as planned but this reservation without payment and pickup window times kinda suck at the customer experience level. I’ve used uhaul five times and never had this bad of an experience.
Brittany BIt is an auto shop so it feels like an auto shop. I did the remote check in and just handed the guys the keys. it was fine, but I really didn't work with them much.
