There was nobody around who knew how to rent out a U Haul trailer when I came to pick it up at the prescheduled time.
Mike BI dropped off vehicle Saturday and was not due back until Monday so I did not have to meet with personnel. Everything went okay after drop-off. Was a little confused where to park it as the lot seemed full. Overall good experience.
Matt VThey were helpful, but not overly familiar with the return process. I did it myself with the phone/QR Code. Seemed like a very small side business for them, but they were very nice.
