No fault on the guy at Kingsway as he did what he could. I am giving a low review as there is a U-Haul 2 blocks from my house on the southside of Edmonton, and they never seem to have 6x12 trailers available. I have to drive across town in heavy traffic to pick up one. Sad that your company cannot provide the proper service. Look who you hire.

Rented a 6X12 enclosed trailer. Booked online and the forms were straight forward. Everything was ready when I pulled up. The gent put the trailer on the truck ball and did all the hook ups and then we tested all lights and signals after he explained how the braking system worked. It hauled beautifully with 2000lbs of stuff. Road smooth and no whip when pulling! Would definitely recommend renting from them again.
Curtis OI didn’t know this location, used another location before, and I found this location excellent, I was late yet he was there patiently waiting for me, super quick sign out, all on line, and I was off in less than 10 mins, amazing, he was polite knowledgeable and friendly, I would not hesitate to use this location
