There was no staff despite open hours. Continued to call for days, still no reply. The only way I got my dolly closed was reaching out to higher management.

Passenger door had some trash.
Lorraine SFirst of all there was no assistance with connecting the auto transport to the 10 ft truck. We had a client assist with the connection and help with loading my vehicle. The representative did not check the reservation correctly and charged the auto transport seperate and I was charged more than I was quoted. Then she had me take the truck to a different location than the auto transport. Overall real bad customer service.
