With exception of the address and a small uhaul sign the location suggested other than a uhaul facility. As it turns out the location was a used/new appliance store. Again nothing on the inside suggested that the location was a uhaul location.
Ty D.The pick up location had no idea what to do. I had to figure out to call office in Gainesville. These locations need to be better prepared for this type of situation. A simple phone number offered to me would have saved an hour of my time. Still not happy that I had to pay m I re for gas on a bigger truck.

Justin H.The truck was great. However, the appliance dolly and furniture pads were not ready for us. I had to go inside and scrounge up some pads from another truck. Also, the contactless checkout was a complete flop. I had it all filled out, but I still had to stand there while the guy manually imputed all the same info! Waste of time! They had done nothing to prepare for our arrival!
