I supposed to pick up a 10 ft truck at 820 S Reilly Road, Fayetteville NC on 8/28/26 at 1200. The truck was given away to another customer. I made reservations on 8/21/2026 for that location. I was sent to the 5799 Pepperbush location 40 minutes later and almost 10 miles further than my expected trip. I should be refunded for the extra miles. The clerk at the Pepperbush location was very helpful and so did the one at the Reilly location. My truck should have been there because I had reservation. I shouldn't have to pay extra. My original journey: 820 S Reilly Road, Hoke Loop Road, 5614 Tantobie Road (pickup load), Hoke Loop Road, West Park - The Vue at 5600 Fountain Grove Circle (drop off load), S Raeford Road to 820 S Reilly Road, but it didn't go that direction. A reply is requested. Thanks
