Tbh the equipment was cleaner than I expected. Just a quick note, I didn't have trouble starting but it took a second to turn over. Never had to crank more than once just an FYI.

Patsy C.I called customer service needing assistance with my reservation, since my reservation was after the lot had closed and I was doing a pick up through the app. I thought the call dropped but when I called back (a few times) the agent kept hanging up on me.. I would rather be on hold and wait a while and wait for someone who would like to help me, than be repeatedly hung up on. Since I wasn't able to receive the assistance I needed, I canceled the reservation.
