We got there after hours, but someone was working in the garage. When we told him we were returning the trailer, he said they were closed. We asked where to put the trailer, and he told us (in a gruff, annoyed voice) "over there." It was dark and very unwelcoming.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkActually have someone physically there to go over everything not over the phone! Trailer was not swept out from previous rental. One of the tires was replaced with a rim and tire that stuck out past the inside of the fender.
Joe WNever was an employee on site for pickup or drop off one two separate reservations. My return trailer never was checked in by the location and I was charged 3 extra days on my reservation. When I spoke with manager about it he said nothing he could do. Looking for partial refund.
Ryan DThis location was a joke! Arrived at 1 o’clock to pick up trailer (my appointment time) only to find no one there, after 15 minutes had to call 1-800 u haul to locate someone to assist me. After an hour and 2 different people they were finally able to hook up trailer to my vehicle. Final straw was they allowed me to leave the lot with no working lights on the trailer, they didn’t have an adapter to sell me.
