They canceled my reservation because I didn’t respond to a text and email? After a few minutes of arguing about that, I showed him my phone I didn’t receive any messages, he showed me the number and address he texted and emailed they were not meeting mine he still insists it was, then I showed him my email reservation to prove him wrong. He then finally realized he was wrong and offered an apology. Lucky they didn’t let someone else reserve it before I got there on time usually I don’t usually use this location it’s a mess in the lot and have to wait long times to find someone from uhaul it’s also a auto service center. The location I usually use didn’t have a car carrier available for that day and they are much better to deal with. Don’t think this location is good representation of the good experience I have had with uhaul with other locations. I’ll never deal with this location again although it’s the closest to my location it worth traveling a little more to better locations.

Jonathan SBridge was out so access was confusing. This should be noted somewhere. Location was tight and truck park less than a foot from a telephone pole. Easy to damage right off the bat. But Uhaul is the problem. Customer service refused to acknowledge the bridge was out and was no help. They actually got impatient with me. And you check in and check out stink. I had to submit my photo 10 time before they accepted it. Get a better App.
