Bridge was out so access was confusing. This should be noted somewhere. Location was tight and truck park less than a foot from a telephone pole. Easy to damage right off the bat. But Uhaul is the problem. Customer service refused to acknowledge the bridge was out and was no help. They actually got impatient with me. And you check in and check out stink. I had to submit my photo 10 time before they accepted it. Get a better App.
