the pads and utility trailer were not in truck, I had to go to another location to pick items up. I had reserved the truck for two months but still had to go 40 mikes out of my way to pick up truck. On line check in was a nightmare, but there was No one on site even though I was there during posted business hours.

I was hung up on and transferred to 3 different people just trying to pick up the vehicle. I was also transferred to several different people when trying to drop off the vehicle.
