Hard to call this a uhaul facility. It was just one vehicle and no one present. Vehicle was clean-ish. The transaction was easy online and key was where it was supposed to be.

The whole experience was bad. I was waiting there at night time for a long time just for the operator to confirm my reservation. They even asked for another person number to confirm me because my licence was from another state!!! What! When I did the reservation I used my account which has my information which states what license I have!!! So, why this is a surprise!? Also, the system is too slow for checking in and out. I will not recommend self service to anyone, even if it would be a great service if my experience was different!
