I can not check that it was clean. I understand the outside may be dirty due to weather but the inside needed to be swept and the inside of the cab had not been vacuumed in a long time. This is for a vehicle with 2900 miles.
DAVID HWillow was excellent !!! She handled everything great and got me on the road.
JOEL EU-Haul in Hermantown Duluth, Minnesota was unhelpful. My rental kept getting moved from town to town. They did not help by giving me a number that I could phone to make it resolve the problem. I had to find it on my own and I finally wound up working through Blaine Minnesota. Blaine, Minnesota headquarters was excellent. Do not rent from the U-Haul by Miller Hill mall in Duluth, Minnesota. Left me sitting at checkout offering no options and went onto the next customer. Ignored me completely and I had no truck to move my items from my apartment. Even though the reservation had been set up on October 27, and this was November 12 and I was double checking to make sure I had my reservation for the 15th.
