U-Haul needs to overhaul their computer systems. I was gifted a gift certificate and apparently your system online for the customer as well as at the authorized dealer site and at U-Haul itself had a problem with inputting and activating this gift certificate. There is some serious bugs in not only the computer systems and programming but also in the overall training of your customer service at U-Haul. This has nothing to do with the authorized dealers themselves they did what they were allowed to do. Your customer service reps say they're going to call back and they don't and they are not trained on how to take care of these problems when they arise.

LILMER HYour reservation is worthless as I reserved for a trailer in my hometown and received a call the day before and was told you did not have a trailer I reserved nor the size I reserved where I reserved it. I had to drive to another town to pick up a trailer which was larger and more costly than the trailer I reserved. This also required I return the trailer to the other city. In my book you do not have a reservation system.
