Your reservation is worthless as I reserved for a trailer in my hometown and received a call the day before and was told you did not have a trailer I reserved nor the size I reserved where I reserved it. I had to drive to another town to pick up a trailer which was larger and more costly than the trailer I reserved. This also required I return the trailer to the other city. In my book you do not have a reservation system.
