After reserving a truck in one location, 1 day before our move, uhaul tells us our truck isn't available!! There is one in ft smith. While it's 50 miles out of our way, Uhaul tells me they can give me $50 credit (it cost me an extra $99 in gas) I'm so disappointed in Uhaul….I'll never rent from them again!!! I'll also never recommend them to anybody
