Danielle -.I think her name was Alicia but I'm not sure. She was very professional yet put us at ease. She let us know what was expected of us without sounding like she was reading it from a script. She was great.
Eva M.The truck smelled like an animal was dead in it. The location knew it smelled awful and rented it to me anyway. The 2nd day I had it I started vomiting violently. I believe the truck made me sick. I was still charged for an unusable vehicle that they knew was disgusting.
