LORA HBack door very hard to move took two of us to close the door.
charles mI had a horrible experience with uhaul until I came to this woman. To start off, uhaul rented my truck that I had reserved, then sent me an hour away to a different location to pick up a diffrent truck. The app would not let me check in due to the location error that needs to be fixed. When I called uhual they put me on hold no joke 5 different times and I sat on hold all together for atleast 45mins to an hour. The truck that I was supposed to pick up wasn't even there. They argued with me and would send me to another person. We finally figured out why the location wouldn't work and it was because it was set to the middle of the ocean close to Africa. 🙄🙄 I finally told them they was fixing to lose my business and how ridiculous it was. I was offered extra miles and a discount on my rental. They then sent me to this location and this woman was God sent. She above and beyond to help me and get exactly what I needed. Also fixed the problem that uhaul screwed up. My discount would not apply and was going to cost me even more than what I was originally was quoted and was told by uhaul that the price would be locked in. She was amazing and figured out everything to get my discount, the original truck I needed and was super sweet about it all. If you need any kind of uhaul rental this is the woman to go to. Don't mess with online or calling, you won't get anywhere. This lady can get the job done and she can get done correctly!!! 100% would recommend her.
Shauna HI was charged $27 for not putting gas back in so a 3 hour rental cost me $120. I'm not sure how many miles but it couldn't have been many.
