I had issues when taking pictures to proceed the return my truck, was showing that all the pictures where wrong or not taken properly over and over. I had to communicate with assistance by phone to get helped.

SCOTT ECould not get the app to accept Mobil pick up. Took a long time and call to customer service before it was all set
Kate BReturning with the U-Haul share app is a very poor system. It constantly kicked us out of the app and wouldn’t connect to the truck rental return page. It had trouble downloading pictures and freeze when pushing the continue button. I will not use this system again.Put some signs out showing where people should park.
