We arrived at the location and no one was there..called number provided..person on the phone told me to go ahead and unhook the trailer myself... my daughter and I struggled to take the trailer off my tow hitch. We started to pull out of the driveway... a employee drove up in his vehicle and opened the front door of the business. He walk back to his vehicle grabbed a open beer bottle and began to finish the rest of his beer.At almost $500.00 for a rental (this is B.S.) Hope Billie -Bob or Ray-Ray enjoyed his beer.

It was an after hours drop off and after I disconnected I called the operator only to learn that he wanted me to take the trailer to another location as he did not want it. Since I had already disconnected, I left it there. There should be some way your reservation system can highlight locations that do not want to take the full range of rental equipment so such situations do not occur.

The truck was great and timely, which is what we paid for and expected. The service from the dealer at the location was not great, however. I was unaware that we were renting from an individual dealer and not a Uhaul location, as I am used to, so when we were running about 20 minutes later than expected, the dealer was quite rude and said that he "didn't have to be here waiting at 8am on a Sunday". I agree and am generally respectful of others' time, however I had no idea that I was going to a dealers location and not a standard uhaul store. I was so put off by his rude remarks and lack of customer service that I would not recommend using his location and would not again. I will go to a uhaul location.

I do not believe this location was the pickup location I requested. Also the gentleman had obviously not looked at my reservation and asked me if I needed/wanted insurance or pads, etc. I tried to direct him to please look at my form because it was all there, and he snapped at me. The store front was also not marked well. If there hadn't been a truck in the shopping center's parking lot, I would have been really lost instead of just a little. I feel that there needs to better signage above his store.
