PLEASE state on your website that the smallest truck you have for rent at $19.95 does NOT have a ramp. I was able to rent a motorcycle trailer to fulfill my needs but I would have been stuck with renting a second vehicle with no refund for the first had this not been the case. Staff at this location was pleasant and easy to work with especially Sherie!
