Very tight space, no parking for Uhaul trucks. Had to leave the truck for the attendant to park it.

The steering Column was mis aligned. Which makes it difficult to drive. Me being an experienced driver could manage it but it will be really risky for other drivers. Wish that it can be fixed.

Small facility. Needs more parking space. Looks like part of a auto repair shop, which is, in fact, next door. However, staff efficient and friendly, trucks in good condition.

The vehicle was parked in parking lot after pickup and when we try to start vehicle it was not starting due to battery issue. The vehicle was loaded and we have no option to wait. It was very disappointment.Have to make my friends wait for longer time.

Okay so don't get scared of the location :) Its owned by a family, not a huge place. Sean, seems to be like a very trust worthy person. I wanted to change the pick/drop timings of the vehicle and he was very help full. Since I did not have experience driving the U-Haul truck Sean also helped me understand the options, of the vehicle, Highly recommended.

Rented a 10 footer for moving and Sean's advice with the equipment and overall professional manner made this a very pleasant experience.

Great experience. Very painless. Learning to use the big truck was a little rocky at first (e-brake, mirrors, shifting drives) but I got the hang of it within 5 minutes.

Great customer service and efficient operation. Easy pick up, easy drop off, all done within 10 minutes.

It was good customer service, however, this was very confusing because I originally ordered a truck from San Jose on Curtner. I didn't find out until the day before that the truck I had to pick up was all the way in Fremont, also couldn't pick it up until 11am. This really pushed back our moving day. Also, they gave me "extra" miles to make up for the distance, however not extra gas mileage. This was aggravating because I wasn't prepared to pay for extra gas.

Sean was very fast, helpful, and informative. He made sure that I understood all the important details of the contract and answered my questions very thoroughly. He ensured that my moving experience would be smooth by accommodating for any possible issues that I may run into during the moving process. I would definitely come back to this location!

The manager who opened the store was late. We arrived at 10 am and waited 10-15 mins for them to open. He was very friendly and helpful though.

I was completely disappointed in my recent experience. I reserved my vehicle early in the week and was informed that there wouldn't be any issues. The night before my pick up was told the location was changed and would be receiving a smaller vehicle. I ordered a 17' received a 15' and had to travel 25 miles to pick it up. Pick up time was changed from 7 to 10 and when I arrived the store was still closed. Made the whole experience very stressful because the friends and family that were available to help had to leave early because of such a late start ...

We originally scheduled a pick up in another location, but U-Haul scheduling asked if we wanted to change to this location, but it turned out to be pretty far out of our way. When we got there, it was hard to get through the parking lot to the open spots. Then, the shop owner didn't know how to use the U-Haul software, so it took a long time to get going. The truck had some dents/scratching on the outside, but since it wasn't an official U-Haul location, I was nervous about renting because I didn't want to be charged for those damages; if it were an official U-Haul employee looking at the car, I would have more confidence that they acknowledged the damages were there before I got the truck. Finally, U-Haul didn't tell us that if we ordered equipment or boxes with our truck that those items would remain at the original location, so we ended up having to go to that location anyway. The shop owner was nice, but due to the time it took to get our truck and the inconvenience from U-Haul's scheduling department, I would have preferred an actual U-Haul location.
