The app experience is horrible. The location was great. The app added another 25 minutes. The flow adds more friction to the experience. Over half could and should have been done at the reservation. I found no value add or the point of the app. The added 25 minutes I could have gone to a main location.

I don’t remember sig k g up for the additional insurance and I was charged $25.00 for it. I am upset, but what can I do.
Julius WUpon confirming the rental, I was instructed to go inside and receive my key. There is no "inside" to this location, and the garage doors were closed. I was waiting for about 5 minutes when one of the doors opened, and the gentleman instructed me that it was all done through the app and he couldnt assist me, and even told me to go to a different uhaul location because the one guy who can give the key is away at that time. I tried contacting uhaul though the agent help chat, where when I told them that I could not receive the key because no one was there, they replied "One sec" and never followed up with anything. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes outside with no help from uhaul or anyone at the location. Eventually the person who owned the shop returned and I received my key. Also the 9' Van reeks of cigarettes.
