Ordered an Appliance Dolly, when I went to pick up the truck and dolly, a cargo dolly was supplied. I had to explain I ordered the appliance dolly. Manager found an appliance dolly at another location, but in order for me to receive it, I had to drive to the different location to pick it up. This was a major inconvenience for me because I had scheduled movers to arrive and had some other work to do. This caused me at least 30 minutes of my time and truck gas to get the dolly which also put me behind on my personal schedule for the day. Not a huge deal but it just seems my order should have been reviewed closer to my pickups time to be sure that what I had ordered was ready and available to use without extra work and time on my part or any other delays!

Donna AThe person opening the location was over 20 minutes late. We never received a phone number from him to call him directly, so we had to call another number, and then they called him. Finally, when he arrived, he seemed very knowledgeable and proficient. I was surprised he worked solely from his cellphone. There was no computer that I could see. The truck was fine, and there were no mechanical or other issues. However, I would not rent from this location again. It seemed slipshod; the "office" was a desk in a back room that looked more like a messy storage room, and except for the knowledge of the person working there, it seemed very unprofessional and unbusinesslike.
Barbara KIt was much easier to communicate with the emploees here. I dropped my equipment off with ease and they got me in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Jon AYou over charged me mileage and I already requested the fix. I’m pretty upset about this. I only drove 10 miles but was charged for 20. It’s the principle. Maybe a data entry error, but please fix.
