The man who came out to greet and direct us was very helpful in directing my 26 foot truck into the proper spot. I was able to check out quickly and efficiently. The site also has a gas station which was very convenient to refill the truck to the half tank marking. Overall great and easy experience.

Equipment was dirty inside, tire pressure warning was constantly displayed which made it difficult to get mileage. Could not self checkout because of the warning. Customer service wasn’t good. But, it’s a U-Haul rental so probably just below average for what’s to be expected. It did the job.
