This was an alternate location. I confirmed my original location in Newberry with uhaul corporate on Sunday at 6pm. With Laney. This morning I never received an access code to pickup early. I called and they said oh that location doesn't have your truck available. No call, nothing. I had to then go 20 miles out of my way to this alternate location. The Manager at Beverage barn said he would only charge me for 1/4 tank of gas, even though it was slightly over that. I returned truck after getting gas right before with the tank at a little over 1/4 and closer to 5/16. I returned the truck with more gas than The Manager said I would be charged and was still charged for fuel. What is going on here?
