HECTOR POnly wish the parking lot was in better shape—but otherwise it was perfect
EVAN WThe equipment was not clean. I was promised they opened at 7. No one there by 7:20. I started the online pick up because no one was there and there were so many steps! Fortunately, eventually I learned by 7:20 there was a key in the lock box . The return process was completely different as there was someone there and he rook my key and said he would email the receipt
