U-Haul was too big to go up my driveway. Didn’t know this would be a problem till it accrued. Only drove the U-Haul from the pick up location to my home, which was only 10 miles away. When asking if we could take it back and swap for a shorter U-Haul. (I was fine just paying the miles I accumulated on the truck). I was told I would have to pay for that U-Haul and also purchase the new U-Haul. Why is there not a system in place for inconveniences that accrue. Lady told me that I’m not the only person that has had that problem. If it is a repeated problem there should be a system that is in place to accommodate your paying customers. Rather than them paying g 80 dollars to drive your truck to there home fill it back up with gas and drop it back off all in a two hour span.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe customer service at this location is 5 stars. The truck was dusty and a little dirty inside. Needed to be wiped down. The outside was also dirty.
