Booked the trailer for noon. Show up at noon and they were on lunch until 1. It would have been very easy to call and ask me to come a bit early instead of making us wait in the heat for an hour.

Out in the middle of nowhere
Michael P.It's a little out of town... but the person was there after hours. He was very friendly / polite and Helped get the trailer off of the truck. Seamless drop off. He was more informative than the uhaul cust service number and the Windsor ns location.
