I was not able to choose the drop off location so dropped off at the provided location after hours. Had to leave the trailer in a poorly lit street due to area being so crowded. Seemed pick-up location choose drop-off location after telling me that I could choose drop-off location.

Nathan HThe location was fine. My issue was with corporate. Uhaul called me to setup the reservation. They crossed my reservation with someone else. When I got there, the trailer I reserved was given to someone else and they charged me for that person's truck and trailer. In the end, I was refunded for the rental that wasn't mine, and had to settle for a smaller trailer because they didn't have another one like what I reserved. Uhaul needs to get their act together.
