This trailer return location has no available personnel to assist or meet a customer when returning a U-Haul rental. The other time I was here a lady on the property (who I assume was in charge) gave me a hard time! To the point of ignoring me, and there was no one there to assist with the detachment of the trailer. Please investigate poor service.

If it weren't for this man we would have lost it being sent way out there to pick up a truck. He is the most helpful, professional person we have ever encountered.
