Did glass was amazing and everything I experienced was above my expectations. I would not use the company U-HAUL itself because I had reservation and confirmation for a 20’ truck and ‘the hub’ confirmed my reservations on a Wednesday. I called on Thursday to find where I was to pick up on Saturday and was told by ‘the hub’ that I would have to drive another 209 miles round trip or take a 5x8 trailer with a 15’ truck

DAVE RThe U-Haul rental yard, which your company led too , in Green River Wyoming was closed ! There was trailer available at the so we were about to get the trailer but it cost us an extra on our 12 hour trip!
brad sWorst experience. The receptionist was rude. The dolly we ordered was not there. She made no effort to help us in any way. The trailer was missing parts to hook up to our truck.
