Location hours state that they close at 5 pm. I arrived at 4 p.m., and no one was there.
Jean DOrdered and paid for (4) wardrobe boxes; Lighthouse Marine only had (3). Staff was discourteous and uninterested. Ordered rental of 10 packing blankets; upon vehicle pickup no packing blankets in the vehicle. Still not refunded. Will not use Lighthouse Marine again.

Christian PWhen I reserved the U-Haul on line, I reserved it for 05.22.26 for 8 hrs. 8am-4pm. This location opens at 9. The owner said I could pick up van at the end of the day Thursday . I asked if it would cost more. He said no. I got charged for a 2 day rental costing $100 more than the cost listed when I made reservation. I feel the online/app reservation process is not consistent with the actual cost.
