It was closed and i was told it was open for after hours!!!! So after a 1000 mile drive i had to drive further and now i was charge 20 bucks for fuel. I am so upset. The truck was also sooooo old - 160k miles

I don’t believe this is an indication of Lighthouse Marine Services, more of U Haul, but when I arrived one of the dollys that I ordered was not available. They didn’t have it. There needs to be an alert sent out by either the location or from U Haul directly, because this last minute inconvenience caused me to have to go all over the North Fork looking for a replacement dolly.

Frank PLocation hours state that they close at 5 pm. I arrived at 4 p.m., and no one was there.
Jean DOrdered and paid for (4) wardrobe boxes; Lighthouse Marine only had (3). Staff was discourteous and uninterested. Ordered rental of 10 packing blankets; upon vehicle pickup no packing blankets in the vehicle. Still not refunded. Will not use Lighthouse Marine again.
