I ordered a trailer from one spot and 2 days before they sent me to the main branch who didn’t have anything for me and sent me out to nicks who did a great job of taking care of me! Then about 15 minutes after we had loaded you guys called wondering if I was going to use my rental which I said we already had. She offered upgrade me to a bigger trailer. Didn’t seem very organized.

Nick was absolutely amazing. He was easy to work with. Gave good instructions on where to put the truck, was very professional and overall very pleasant to work with. I would definitely pick up or return to him in the future. He was the only positive of this UHaul moving experience.
