We specifically selected a time online when a person would be present at this location which was 9:30am. When we arrived, there was no person physically working there. After calling 4 times I was able to get ahold of someone and they said no one would be there until 12:45pm. Therefore we had to do a virtual pick up. We were never given any information/instructions on how to do a virtual pick up. If we would have known this, we would have selected an earlier time to pick up the truck. The person on the phone was not the most friendly either.

Uhaul was dirty inside and outside. There was no WiFi to get our photos to download and no clear direction at the site. Terrible place to pick up a truck.

Keith GLocation was closed but clear information about how to drop off. I called number and left voice message. Got a return call right away which was helpful. One problem is we were charged a cleaning fee for a vehicle that we picked up dirty. We had filled out a link at pick up in Chippewa about the condition of truck e/pictures and comment of smoke smell but we were charged almost $200 for a cleaning fee we need reimbursed. My concern is communication between pick up and drop off locations about truck condition. Why didn’t my information from link I filled out get to people at the drop off location? We returned truck exactly as we picked it up. We don’t smoke and didn’t eat or drink in the truck so need the cleaning fee reimbursed.
