I would rather go to a rental that has a live person
David MI was billed 2 times on my card. There was food containers left on the floor of the uhaul and hangers left in the back of the uhaul when I picked it up. I always use cottage grove site and I love them never have had any problems until this time. Now I have to spend hours on straightening this out with the uhaul site and my bank. DO not recommend at all.
Mandi kI’m pissed at U-Haul as a whole and I hope the entire national office catches a nasty bug that gives them extreme gas that smells like eggs.
MENDI AIt was dark, no gate code provided and got charged $164 for leaving the equipment outside. No instructions was given on how to leave the equipment outside. Terrible experience and would not recommend anyone to use this location.
