Make sure the rental agent is there. The female that first helped us didn't know that they hadn't yet signed the previous customer out. This was quite a delay. She had to call a male person in and he finally figured out that the last customer that used truck, returned it rather late and hadn't signed that customer in yet. We had to wait for more computer work to be done by staff in order for me to be signed out.

Communication was horrible. Checking in through the mobile app was difficult. I was charged twice and had to wait days for a refund. The uhaul was not in the best shape. Overall a horrible experience! I will not be using uhaul again!

ERIC FAdvise them if using Moving Help that they watch and supervise the loading process. Make sure they use the furniture blankets you rented. Mine did not and there was damage to some of my furniture that did not have a scratch on it before they touched it.
Rosa THave your office open when it says it is and give your customers paying a ton of money to rent trucks more respect and understanding. I was given a truck expecting 20 feet of moving space not 15 feet plus the cab of the truck. That is false advertisement to the extreme. I couldn’t even fit all of my stuff into the truck like it should have fit when I rented the truck I needed.
