Everything. Made me wait for an hour before someone got there to help me with my reservation. Truck was covered in snow and I had to clean it all myself Nithing was cleaned inside the truck Awful experience and ita not the first but this time was my last for sure.

CHRISTOPHER BPretty sure I was charged twice. As I was billed initially 72.00 for 60 KMs then I was billed again 74.00 for 60 KMs AND a fuel charge when I brought it back with the same amount of gas, I departed with 503 Kms to empty and brought it back with 499 KMS to empty. So why a fuel charge? For 3 KM’s!? Probably will go to another location in the future due to the double charge and fuel charge.

ANDREW KYou shouldn't allow people to book a truck for 7:00 AM if the rental location doesn't start renting until 8:00 AM. Luckily I had a coffee and bagel to fill my hour long wait.
