There was a misunderstanding with the Odessa branch at the time of pickup. The drop off location did what they had to do but when I called and spoke to a different manager I was treated like a complete idiot. My husband was present when we picked up the truck and was under the same impression as I was. If I had a choice I’d never recommend U-Haul or the Odessa branch to anyone.

New employee Gill did a fantastic job!

Gil went the extra mile in helping us. He even came back after the store hours so we could return the trailer. Thanks again Gil!

The truck was almost 2 hours late. We paid for two helpers for three hours to load the truck and only one showed up. Another showed up for 1/2 hour and left. The worker who showed up worked very hard in 90+ temps to load the truck. But our entire travel schedule was thrown off by the inability of Kathy's Corner to deliver the truck on time with the correct number of helpers.

Welcome was great. All dealings were relaxed and friendly

We arrived at Kathy’s Korner at 5:45 to return the trailer. Kathy’s Korner has hours posted on their door stating they close at 6:00, however, at 5:45 they were closed and had the driveways pad locked. We called the number for Kathy’s Korner, the phone rang and rang and there was no voicemail.

The gate to the large U-Haul driveway/storage area was closed. You can't see that from the approach from the north. So after I pulled in I had no choice but to back out blindly into the incoming lane. No wreck this time.

why were we charged more for dropping off in California? Were told they didn't need trailer. Suc

Need to inform people when reserving a U-haul that there could be a chance that they may have to drive extra miles to pick up equipment..

Place of business was closed so we parked truck with appliance dolly inside cab and place keys in orange drop box. Was confused as to what to do, so we called U-Haul for instructions. The phone operator for U-Haul was very putout that we were calling and didn't seem to want to answer questions I had about leaving the truck!! Was a very stressful situation, not a happy customer!!!

Your computer progran alerted us of the reservation, pick up went smoothly, the trailer was clean at pick up, and drop off in a diffetent city was simple and satisfactory all for a good and competitive price. Drop off 2as simple and organized also. Thanks!

Great customer service! Everyone was helpful and no time was wasted in getting what I needed. They made sure the proper vehicle was chosen so that I didn’t over spend on too large of a truck.

UHaul itself, I feel has a problem. Prices estimated are always more. me and I will give several examples in all aspects. My daughter had managed one in NM, I drove a lot for them It's a hard job, I realize. Things are only gonna get worse. Customers are at fault too. TRUST.

Enable customers to put in additional contacts in on website. The new procedure takes too much instore time when it could easily be done when making the on-line reservation.

Arranged for pickup on phone early Saturday morning which should have made pickup fast but it took an hour. When you are paying for truck for one day, you need to get on road fast.

great service even had fresh do-nuts

These people were incompetent in my opinion. I reserved the truck a week in advance. I explained everything I had and was told a 15ft would work. Also, I ordered 2 movers to help for $150.00 and was told they would be there at 8:30am. I was told they would call on Friday to confirm everything. I never got a phone call on Friday, so I called. The man (Wayne, I believe) started asking a lot of questions about the move. Again, he said a 15ft would work. He said, "we have experienced movers; they can make it fit". Then he said they would be there at 9:00. Later in the conversation he changed the time to 10:00. He asked about boxes for TV, shrink wrap, dolly, etc. When I made the reservation I was told they would shrink wrap the furniture (so I assumed it was included in the price). However, when they left the invoice they charged me for cardboard boxes they used to wrap the TV's and shrink wrap. I already had shrink wrap in which they could've used. I didn't know they were going to charge me for cardboard and shrink wrap. However, the main issue was the 15ft truck didn't work and they were late! She said she would go get a bigger truck and change the paperwork. She said, "don't worry we won't charge you until we start loading". But she left the other mover to start shrink wrapping. It took her an hour to get back with the truck. They started loaded at 11:15. My boys got there from Arkansas at 11:30. The truck should've already been loaded and we could've loaded the car and headed out for our 7 hr drive, but noooo! They didn't finish until 1:15. Again, when handed me the invoice she was charging me for 3 hrs. I said, said you wouldn't charge until you started loading. So she took one of her hours off. I still had to pay $197.50, instead of $150.00, for a careless move and incompetency of others. Also, she couldn't even lift the furniture. My boys had to help the other mover to load the couch and loveseat. She said, "oh thanks, that saved my back". I mean what kind of place are these people running? We didn't get to AR until 8:30 that night. So tired and frustrated at the whole thing. I've used UHaul several times and never had this issue. Someone should seriously visit this place and see what's going on. I think I deserve some sort of restitution for all of my troubles and headache. Thank you!
