I made reservations online, this location was not responsible for anything except maybe to catch the month's free storage. I was not told, prior to renting, that IF I accepted U-haul's calculated number of days, I would NOT be reimbursed for days not used. However if I chose the length of days and didn't use them all, I WOULD be reimbursed. Also, I was not informed that I had the privilege of one free months rent in storage. I paid for my storage and it would have been nice to have had that month's rent for no charge.

My wife and I moved from Helena to Pittsburgh and I needed to tow my car. I showed up punctually for my pickup at 7 am and I was not even greeted or acknowledged for ten minutes. They were kind enough to let me add the trailer ball I purchased to my hitch in their shop. Then I was directed to my trailer and the guy hooked it up I have not towed before. He didn't show or explain to me how to hook up or disconnect the trailer. This doesn't really go here, but my truck broke down in North Dakota. This is not on UHAUL, I have an old truck, stuff happens. My problem is that I called UHAUL asking for what to do with the trailer if the towing company wouldn't take it and after being bounced back and forth they pretty much told me to figure it out. As I rented the trailer they told me just my wife and I could tow it. I was concerned about having someone come to tow it and there being damage to the trailer or another vehicle. I couldn't get a straight answer as to who would be responsible even though I purchased the maximum tow coverage. Fortunately, nothing bad happened, but I can hardly be the first UHAUL customer in history to have trouble with a tow vehicle. This information should be readily accessed without the customer having to call multiple people who keep bouncing them and you shouldn't just tell the customers to figure it out. All in all, I have not been overwhelmed with a quality experience.

School employees on proper manners dealing with customers. The non managers need to know shrugs and passive aggression are wrong . CLEAN the truck! Coffee stains on the overhead and filthy windows (inside) are not rolerated.q

Well the trailer was/has been well maintained, it however was a bit on the old side and pretty well "beat-up". Probably should be "retired" out of the fleet. The service personnel were outstanding.

Employee was friendly, but I was misquoted on the price of the trailer. This upset my elderly father who was the one paying for the trailer for his move.

Was not told it would cost more if I went over a certain mileage. Told store exactly where I'd be driving to and given an amount. Then had to pay extra. Headlights we're horrible. Had to drive with them on brights. Was told by one store I could come in early and pay/sign for truck. I live out of town and drive in to sign and pay. Got there and they said oops that's not how it works. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

They were having computer issues when I was there and the wait was longer than I prefer. The staff was trying hard to help everyone but they were slowed by the computer issues.

Check out was nice quick and easy but when I picked up the truck the man was slow took a long time and not very nice

I returned the Uhaul truck 2 1/2 hrs after the 24 hr limit, and called ahead to let the office know, and was still charged another full days charge, plus another days charge of rental for the dolly and insurance, I paid $55 more than I should have for a rental that was 26 1/2 hours, not happy.
