No one was there. As I was parking the truck a person was locking the door of the rental building, and just left.

I have always been pleased with D & R. HOWEVER, overall, when I picked up my uhaul, it was not ready. There was no internet available onsite. After him trying on his cellphone and I trying multiple times on my cellphone and reentering billing multiple times my card was charged and no order was shown even after finally calling in. It took quite a bit to FINALLY get it. And, I was sent away with zero paperwork and no paperwork in the uhaul. ONLY to be billed $65 for an extra day when it was turned in just 2 hours late 5pm instead of 3 pm and being told when turned in that I would not be billed and called the NEXT day to ask where my uhaul was and if I STILL had it. I think I should be refunded the ridiculous $65 extra day charge.

I thinks its, ridiculous that Uhaul charged $140 to travel from Hermiston or. To San Antonio tx. And $618 to travel from San Antoino tx back to Hermiston Or. The exact same distance both ways. The same size 5x8 trailer. The uhaul company should be a shamed of themselves. I have used uhaul several times in the last few years but never again.

The location I was sent to after making a reservation was closed, I was lucky to get another truck not the length I needed but better than nothing I guess??
